That’s why we have teamed up with ELeather, experts in the upcycling of discarded leather, to produce top-quality, sustainable pet products. ELeather’s unique process reduces waste, saves water and lowers carbon emissions.

RETURNS
Do you want to return something? No problem!
Within 30 days of receiving your order you can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different item. Just make sure your item has the original tags attached and it is in it’s original packaging, unused.
All you need to do is contact us at hello@projectblu.co and one of our team will provide you with the returning information. As soon as we receive it we will provide you with a refund or send you the item you wish to exchange for.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear or customer / dog damage e.g. chewing the leather.
