Recycled hard wearing fabric
Duratex fabric is high quality, durable fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. Studies have shown that recycled polyester has a 70% lower carbon impact compared to virgin polyester. *

Our unique fill is sourced from recycled mattresses & duvets in the UK that have been diverted from landfill. Our re-processed polyester has a significantly lower carbon & wastewater impact.*

Our 220GSM upholstery grade fabric exceeds a rub test of 20,000 cycles and are made of 100% recycled materials.
Our high performance 100% recycled staple fibres offer superior quality and have demonstrated long term resilience. This ensures your pet bed will stay in top condition for many years.

In partnership with Innovate UK ; Project Blu is leading an ambitious R&D project to develop the world’s first circular model for dog beds.
It is our ambition to establish processes and infrastructure that diverts millions of dog beds from landfill and significantly reduces the impact of pet beds on the environment.
